What we get asked most
Do you sell to private customers?
No. We work with trade only — wig retailers, salons and stylists. That is a deliberate choice: we have no interest in competing with our own customers.
Why are prices not shown on the site?
To protect your margin. Wholesale pricing on a public page erodes what you can charge. Pricing is sent privately after an enquiry.
What is the difference between Remy and Virgin?
Remy means the cuticles all run in one direction, which is what stops tangling and keeps the shine. Virgin means the hair has never been dyed or chemically processed. Virgin Remy is both at once, and that is what justifies the price gap.
How do I choose a density?
Density is measured as a percentage. 120–130% reads natural and everyday, 150% gives medium volume, and 180% and above is very full — but also heavier to wear. For most clients 130–150% is the right call.
What is the minimum order?
Flexible, and it varies by model. You can start with a small trial order to assess the goods before committing to volume.
What is the returns policy?
Anything that arrives damaged or does not match the order is replaced. Full terms are sent along with the price list.
